We are very happy to receive constructive comments and suggestions for improving our service to patients.
Complaints
Sometimes services do not run as smoothly as we would wish. We aim to provide the highest levels of service to all of our patients, but occasionally things do go wrong. If you would like to make a complaint regarding your care or experience we will deal with it in a constructive way in accordance with the NHS Complaints Procedure.
Please write to the Practice Manager if you wish to make a formal complaint. Alternatively, speak to a member of staff who will try to resolve any problem you are experiencing, if they can.
